Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan is paid, and a card is required to start.
What is an AI run?
One successful response from the assistant. A failed request does not count. A week plan uses 3 runs.
Do unused runs roll over?
No. Runs reset at the start of each billing period, including on annual plans, which reset monthly.
What happens at the limit?
AI generation pauses until the next period or the next day. The dashboard, content board, CRM and everything else keep working.
Can I buy more runs?
Yes: $10 for 80 runs, 10 of which can use web research. Top-up runs expire at the end of the period.
What is web research?
The research-brief button can look things up on the web. Each plan includes a smaller allowance of those runs.
How do I cancel or switch plans?
In the billing portal (Settings → Billing). You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
What is the founding price?
The first 100 Solo subscriptions keep $19/month for as long as they stay subscribed. It applies to Solo only.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays put, so you can come back or export it. If you want it gone, delete your account in Settings → Account & data and everything is erased. See our Privacy Policy.
Do you use my data to train AI?
No. Your content is used only to run your workspace, and AI requests send only what's needed to answer them.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Download everything as JSON any time from Settings → Account & data.
Do you charge tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Where the law requires, sales tax or VAT is added at checkout, and Stripe issues your invoices.
I'm in the EU or UK — do I have a cooling-off period?
If you're buying as a consumer, yes: 14 days, with a pro-rata refund. Details in our Terms.
